Policy
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern Time on Fridays and weekends will be processed the next business day.
For any order, domestic or international, that is returned to us due to an insufficient address, incorrect address, unclaimed order, etc., the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
We do not cover/refund shipping charges for a return/exchange.
International Orders
We love our international customers. Please note that for international orders, in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees.
Lost Packages & Stuff Sent to Wrong Address?
Kabuto Brand is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to an incorrect address provided by customer, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases.
Kabuto Brand is not responsible for packages once they are in the hands of USPS.
The customer is responsible for making all claims.

Return policy
Kabuto has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please contact customer service at info@kabutobrand.com with your name and address, details of the product, reason for return and whether you would like a refund or replacement. And please make sure to include your order number!
We will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to return the item for an exchange or refund.
** Items returned to us without you first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, i.e. unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages, Wrong items, & Other Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@kabutobrand.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received an incorrect item. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. We will take care of the matter and fix the problem. 👍

Where to send your package
If your request is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without you first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can arrange an exchange by email or simply make another purchase after you have received your refund.
What happens next?
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If it is, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method.
Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
